A two-day seminar that prepares attendees to assume ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing responsibilities within their organization.

Attendees will achieve a complete understanding of the key elements within each of the ISO 9001 sections, as well as audit definition and types, phases of an audit, audit planning and preparation, performance of the audit, including evidence/sampling, nonconformance writing, opening/closing meetings and audit reporting. The classroom portion is concluded with a final examination. Practice audits are then defined and executed among selected processes within the organization.
